Infraco P/L is a multi-discipline construction company servicing the Sunshine Coast, South East QLD region. We pride ourselves on helping our clients with the more awkward or difficult projects that others are simply not interested in.
We enjoy the challenge of working through projects and achieving a positive result for our clients. Some of whom we have worked with for over 20 years. Ours is a true full service company with staff potentially working any time of day or night 365 days per year to meet our commercial clients’ needs.
Our effective office and field staff handle an average of 1500 individual projects per year for our range of repeat clients.
COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
We can quote or tender on suitable projects backed up by a contract admin team and full project management and supervision with an emphasis on WPH&S as required in the demanding local/state government and corporate sectors.
COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE
We have a specific maintenance team of supervisors and trade qualified carpenters assisting our clients with their day to day requirements for maintenance. We are available to work nights and weekends to fit in with commercial client’s hours to ensure no disruptions to their business operations. Our extensive data base of reliable, experienced subcontractors all under the supervision of Infraco allows us to complete any tasks a client may need performed.
OFFICE/RETAIL
We provide economical solutions for individuals to see their entrepreneurial ideas for their retail tenancies come to fruition. We can provide defit services on lease expiry. Infraco have completed office fit outs for engineering, financial, legal and medical practices.
